Paralee - A Robin Hill Park Senior portraits
Robin Hill Park in Moon township is my favorite spot to shoot Senior Portraits. This portrait session took place recently for wonderful Paralee. She was such a sweet young lady and was absolute joy to photograph. Paralee’s choice of outfits where awesome but because we wanted to accomplish that dreamy light and airy vibe she wore her white dress for most of the session. If you ever been to Robin Hill Park you probably know how inconsistent the lighting is there in different spots. For example, the garden area is very much in the shade as it is surrounded by trees and the afternoon sun is blocked by the Robin Hill Center. Meantime, the rest of the park is supper bright sun. If you are photographer and shot there before you know the struggle.
We had two things going against us:
The roof of the Robin Hill Center is being repaired - that was the case for the entire month of August. This meant ugly red trucks, forklifts, and piles of building materials laying around all over.
Because my toddler daughter turned off my cell service on my iPhone and I didn’t realize that my texts where not going thru - family waited for me and that set my entire schedule for the photoshoot back. Luckily, I had a helper with me - Taylor Bobak , a local photographer who was eager to learn off camera flash and just hang out with me. She ended up helping me so so much because I had to use the Off camera Flash system to create these dreamy images.
